Returns & Exchanges Policy

You have a legal right to withdraw within 14 days to return or exchange a new product that does not meet your expectations.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be strictly new, unused, and in its original condition.

Except in cases covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend shipping your parcel with signature confirmation and insurance covering the full value of the product.

Once the returned item is received, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued using the original payment method.


In-Store Returns

You may visit our store and present your order confirmation or shipping note as proof of purchase. All items must have their original tags and packaging and must not have been used.


Non-returnable items
Some items cannot be returned. This includes in particular:

  • products customized at the customer’s request (e.g. specific colors),
  • products not in stock and specially ordered from the manufacturer to fulfill a sale.
